Too many people are doing morning showers. If you get into your bed at night after a long day of toil and you haven't showered you are disrespecting your mattress, your sheets, and your sleeping partner.
My main shower is in the morning but I go to the gym in the evening and take a little mini shower after that
If I wake up, I'm generally not going anywhere without a shower, and I doubt showering the night before is going to make me feel any differently about that.
A mini shower is a ~3 minute shower involving light soap application and usually no shampoo. You’re just getting the sweat off and making sure you don’t stink. The water temperature is usually cooler (but not cold). The physical dimensions of the shower are unchanged.
I started becoming a night showerer when I started having to wake up earlier for work. That way I can just wake up, brush my teeth , put on deodorant, throw on my clothes, and bam I'm ready to go. I make my morning coffee at night before bed sometimes too.
Also you're not supposed to take a full shower everyday. Not good for your hair or skin. I alternate between full body shower/shampoo and quick birdbath shower where i just scrub the essentials every other day.
I drink coffee for the caffeine and I like it cold. I make it before bed put it in the fridge so I can drink it fast on the morning.
Yeah a pits/crotch/butt/feet/face shower daily is fine But scrubbing down your whole entire body with soap every single day isn't good for your skin at all.
