I don't like these ads that are made directly for the TV show it's airing for. Max does it a lot. Like the BMW ad with the assistant from Hacks or the Corona ad with Tommy from TLOU
If you are splitting a pizza with people, can you take a slice that isn't up next, without one side open? Apparently there are strong opinions about this.
Yes, all slices are fair game on a triangle-cut pizza. If it's squares, it's maybe a little weirder to cut out a specific center piece, but I wouldn't judge someone too harshly for it.
If it’s with friends I’m taking whatever slice I want. If it’s at work or a party where I don’t know everyone I’d probably just take the next slice.
Close fam/friends, I am going any slice. Mixed company I go next slice if anyone is watching. If I can sneak the perfect slice in a subtle way, I will. It’s not rude or anything, I just don’t want someone I don’t know well to know I have turned my brain off to everything except scoping perfect slices, which is what’s happening.
speaking of grabbing slices at public events. If you put your grimy fingers on the slice next to the slice you're picking up to hold it down, you're scum
Why should I or anyone else get stuck with a slice that’s too thin or lacking in toppings just because it’s next in the queue. Nah man pizza is first come first serve
An old church I used to be part of would get pizza from a local place that would do a terrible job of cutting the slices. We’d be asked to start with just one piece, and I’d grab two that were basically fully connected, holding from one corner and saying, “it’s one piece!”
That is a tough situation. It would be fine in a vaccuum but it encourages the bad behavior because you can't tell how it began.
Only if you're holding up traffic or something. Backing in to park is pretty easy, and helpful in snowy weather if you have a front wheel drive car. I always back into my spot before a storm
