grim is right though, most bands have terrible merch and there seems to be a correlation between how big a band is and how bad their merch gets I don't get why the bands don't just hire the bootleg people directly to do their merch. it would be so much better lol.
Underrated/overrates is always viewed from the skewed lens of the person or group talking about it. I would say Denis Villeneuve is wildly overrated on this forum, but his fans would argue he is underrated in the general discourse. People keep telling me I am unfair so I might need to watch Casino again.
I've yet to find any band T, in general, that fits me. I'm 6'4 and built like a beanpole. My wife made me a blanket so I can wear them while I nap.
Just bought a Val Kilmer Doc Holiday boot and a Jar Jar Binks today. I have a Scream boot that's insanely sized for an XL shirt, I had to crop it and can't wear it without like a flannel because the sleeves are crazy huge. Also have the Steely Dan that looks like the Sonic Youth album, a Peewee Herman, and Mr Show from FSG.
Minor league baseball alternate identity hats have served me well. Always get compliments, great conversation starters
i like band shirts but i’m picky. i don’t wanna wear anything that isn’t cool if you don’t get the reference. understated merch is the move when possible. the exception is Double Wonderful bootlegs (check him on IG)
