Not online gambling, but my state has really loosened gambling laws and our local bowling alley which was one of the nicest alleys I've been to and a staple of the community shut down and sold themselves to a casino. Really sucks. The place is so packed all the time.
It’s pretty fucked that leagues themselves are seemingly propping up the gambling boom too. Sports journalism sites having gambling affiliates too seems like a massive conflict of interest as well. But this is American so unfortunately all that will happen is people will shake their head and say “what a shame”.
to be clear i’m eating cheese sticks “all the time” bc my daughter will eat like 3/4 of one but never finish them lol
Cheese sticks are pretty high on my breakfast rotation and it is just too silly to try and peel it while driving. An adult can devour it in two or three bites.
Cheese sticks as a common breakfast food? Is this, like, common? They seem so snack and lunch coded to me.
My coworker eats the exact same lunch every day: 2 boiled eggs A cup of Greek yogurt with berries and granola 1 banana 1 cheese stick
A cheese stick is good because the peeling offers a completely different texture experience. Taking a bite is fine, it gives you something different, but pulling the cheese and eating it rocks.
I eat like 2 cheese sticks for a snack at night to replace my old obsession with potato chips. I like to have a variety, so usually a string cheese, and a non-string cheese stick like Colby Jack or Cheddar
I think he’s on that really low sugar plain flavored Greek yogurt. I forgot he also eats 1/2 cup of almonds.
He’s in great shape too. I’m always eating a frozen burrito and chips and feeling like ass the rest of the day
yeah, a glucose spike early in the day wrecks your body. if you start with a salad or something before eating junk, it supposedly at least slows down the sugar absorption or whatever process. i don't know much about it.
