The key is the length of the nap. 20-30 minutes will get me back up and running, but longer than that will just make me groggy
When I was waking up really early to commute for work I was taking 2-3 hour naps when I got home and when I woke up I had no idea what day it was or where I was.
Didn’t eat breakfast for 30 years until I started seeing a personal trainer and he was like dude eat breakfast. anyways, 3 well portioned meals is the move
I normally take a 2 hour nap at some point in the day but I also normally get 5 hours of sleep so it balances out I guess
do you all not have jobs? do you nap on your lunch break? do you only nap on weekends? what's the story here
I try to squeeze in 15-20 mins of laying down with a pillow over my head in between getting home from work and picking up my son/having my wife get home with him. It really has changed the game in terms of how I feel on a regular basis. I should probably make that exercise time, but it’s quite literally the only non-driving time I have alone all day
If I napped, I suppose that is a good time for it, other than the fact that I have a kid who I pick up after work.
