If I see a purple, idk, tastebud or whatever when I go to see Megalopolis (at an undisclosed time on an undisclosed day), I’ll turn around, apologize to Francis, and leave.
I still haven't tried jarritos because the Mexican restaurant I doordash from charges like 6 dollars for one. Insane!
Legit question what are some good shows that actually depict lower income folks fairly accurately? And not like "wah wah I'm poor but live in this giant warehouse loft apartment in the city by myself but it looks industrial and artsy and I'm wearing designer brands but pretend like I'm poor" like so many shows do The original Roseanne run was so good at showing the reality of a working class family.
Malcom is so good. I totally missed it when it aired and got into it in like 2017. Bryan Cranston's true best work lol
Everybody Hates Chris also did a great job of not only that, but the depiction of the penny-punching dad trying to make ends meet.
