Rocky IV is entertaining in it's own way, but almost feels like an entirely different universe than Rocky 1-3. The first three are definitely worth a watch. Rocky III is probably my favorite of the original Rockys.
Ive missed the boat. One day I will but I feel like I’m missing out not seeing it in theaters. I also have little to no interest in basically any part of it. I haven’t seen any of that guy’s movies
I love that Rocky III was bold enough as a sequel to be like " all the stuff Rocky did in the first two movies was a fluke. He's a paper champion whose being fed tin cans, blinded by fame and endorsement deals, isn't worthy of his acclaim, surrounded by yes men, and actually in reality kind of sucks at boxing at a higher level. Let's rectify that " Stallone could have continued projecting onto Rocky everything a "good sportsman" should be, but instead he made him everything he hated about sports stars as a jumping off point. Great sequel.
Maybe ripoff is too mean, but it's one of the first couple pods that come up when you google "podcasts similar to Last House On The Left" lol Again I just thought he was kind of hacky. Talking about how triggering he is 5 times in one set and then doing material that isn't even that edgy.
Most of my big sins are recent ones I just missed. Hereditary, It Follows, and Midsommar come to mind.
Spielberg movies I haven't seen Duel Sugarland Express (tbf I dont think most people have seen his first two pre-Jaws movies) 1941 The Color Purple Empire Of the Sun Always Catch Me If You Can Terminal Indiana Jones 4 Tin Tin War Horse The BFG West Side Story
Schindler's List is one of those movies I just assume every adult has seen. Titanic, The Godfather, Goodfellas, The Shining, The Terminator.
Okay here is one: I have never seen Raging Bull. I seen most of Scorsese's other major films including Mean Streets, King Of Comedy, and Cape Fear, but for some reason never watched Raging Bull Also never seen Last Temptation Of Jesus Christ
Im not sure Ive seen terminator either Ive seen the end of the one where he sticks his thumb up out of the lava
The fact that you don't know the context of the scene, which is built up over two movies, is so disappointing. It is the scene that all men cry at.
Ive added it and the 28 others from your list I hadn't seen to my watch list. I watched bicycle thieves earlier this week I didn't think the blue people looked cool. Ive added Gone in 60 Seconds from your list
