This might be the one that gets me banned, but it is better to put ketchup on top of the fries instead of on the side.
nah if you put them on top they go soggy and it's more awkward to get the correct amount on each one. what kind of group shares fries?
I buy those frozen taquitos from the grocery store and then after heating them I like to dip them in ketchup
If I wanna eat fries with stuff already on it, I’ll get chili cheese fries, or like gravy or whatever. If I want fries with ketchup, I’m obviously dipping them. Though, in reality, fries are better as a topping than with a topping.
I’m unfortunately fake Pittsburgh insofar as I don’t really like coleslaw. But, a sandwich with fries, and then tossing an egg on that, too? Chef’s kiss, etc.
ketchup does get too much hate, people who act like it’s offensive are lame. it’s not a top tier condiment except for with fries but it’s perfectly solid
Ketchup rules and I will put it on pretty much any fried meat or potato (that's an exaggeration but yeah). I will even put it on homemade/average steak (don't knock it til you try it--goes good with London Broil). I'll do the ketchup on the fries maybe once every couple years, especially if I get them at like a baseball game or something, but mostly, it's for dipping. I do not put ketchup on cheesesteaks. Only prov/fried onions. Blue cheese sucks.
I actually don't think he's in that episode, I think he's only in Ep 1, but just wanted to make the Friends joke lol
Trump orders his good steaks well done and puts ketchup on them. I'm baking london broils in the oven at home to medium rare and using ketchup to add some flavor unpopular opinion: I think most steak sauce sucks and help keep in tender since london broils are a tougher cut of meat. Can work on other homemade cuts too, but works best for that one.
A cheesesteak with just cheese and onions is too salty, the acid of the ketchup adds a nice layer when it mixes with the cheese
I should clarify and say if I’m going to a new place (or a decent place), my first bite or two are sans ketchup. Gotta judge the steak on its own. Then I load it up. I bring ketchup with me in the car when I get Angelos
Haha i love the salty. I'll do peppers every once in a while but usually just stick to the cheese and fried onions. If it's a good one it'll taste delicious
