Because it's weird to me! It's one thing to not want to share your food, but to think asking for your bite is... (checks notes)... "weird", "rude", and "uncivilized", and struggle to even imagine how someone could ask the question... it's so wild to me that it captures my attention. It's like the people that go back in the house even though they know the killer is there. I know it's dumb! And yet...
Also, I want to apologize to OhTheWater. I know I'm sounding really insulting, and I don't want to be. I just don't know how to properly express how I feel about this.
This might not be controversial here but it definitely is in society: unless you are a contractor or haul things, you shouldn't drive a truck.
I mean yeah for sure. I drove a company truck for the majority of last year (didn’t haul anything) and I get the appeal though
I'll get onboard with this. I absolutely hate trucks or large vehicles because nobody knows how to fucking drive in Florida. However, I also hate cyclists and pedestrians because they also don't know how to act on an open road. Basically, people in Florida should just stay home.
Florida has horrible bike and pedestrian infrastructure and a lot of the time there’s nowhere for them to be that’s fully safe from accidental mishaps Also Florida drivers are on meth or something they do the dumbest fucking shit. In my experience living places, the northeast and Atlanta have aggressive drivers but those drivers know what they’re doing and where their car will fit - so yeah, 60% of them are dicks but you’re not gonna die if someone cuts you off. Florida drivers will literally cause an accident simply changing lanes with a car directly next to them like morons. I have had two cars totaled in FL that way.
This morning the middle lane was backed into the intersection and I was pulling up in the right lane when suddenly someone who was stuck out in the middle decided they didn't want to be anymore. It was almost really bad.
Like deadass, Florida drivers cannot parallel park, they cannot properly change lanes… and they repeat all their parents and grandparents bad driving habits cause there’s no required driving school, you just have a permit for a year and then an easy ass driving test with no parallel parking on it, and then they give you a license without even requiring you to document how many hours you drive on your permit also the only place I’ve been aside from FL that has more people who drink and drive without a second thought is New Orleans
Just today I was in a parking garage backing out with a guy waiting to take my spot and some fucking moron decides to drive around the guy and past me, while I'm already backing out. This fucking state, I swear.
