i agree with all your points but for the movie we’re actually discussing it’s not like there are character beats either lol

 

Ok but have you considered. The characters you’re supposed to root for in TeneT are very, very beautiful.

I am not saying Tenet is some sort of great film, but I do find it confusing that that is the film when people turned on Nolan. I would watch Tenet again over most of his films.

Tenet is honestly boring that’s why I wouldn’t come back to it. He has these crazy set pieces that aren’t that fun. How he managed to make a plane crash so boring is beyond me.

Haven't seen Memento or Following and it's been like a decade since I've seen the Prestige.

 

While we’re talking Nolan takes, I’ll throw this one out:

Outside of what’s-his-name who directed Flash and is currently signed on to Brave and the Bold… Nolan has the least appealing cinematic vision for Batman.

 

You're right, that is unpopular.

I don't like Christian Bale as Bruce Wayne. But I think The Dark Knight is a good movie as a whole regardless.

 

This is correct. The Burton and Schumacher films were so interesting to look at.

The Prestige is probably my favorite Nolan film and one of my favorites generally speaking. Piper Perabo should be in more stuff

 

Not gonna rank but the prestige would be pretty high for me. Tenet at the bottom. Never saw the following.

 

I saw Tenet in theaters and don't remember anything except Robert Pattinson is in it. I know it's an unoriginal complaint but it rly was hard to hear a lot of the dialogue

Also am I insane why is my phone trying to autocorrect dialogue is that not how it's spelled??

 

Oddly enough this has inspired me to finally throw Tenet on
