They understood the old rule that hard consonant sounds are inherently funny. Joey's triple-P in "make yourself a pair of paste pants" gets me every time.

Looking back on it, the one I remember liking the most as a kid was Frasier. I also really liked NewsRadio and Just Shoot Me. NewsRadio might be the most underrated sitcom of the 1990's. Also Mad About You was really great, but I feel like that always gets forgotten behind Friends and Seinfeld.
I still remember the first time I watched that episode and trying to describe it to my friend the next day and I couldn't get through that part without laughing. The way he delivers it too is genius

As much as I liked multi-cam sitcoms as a kid I was so happy when single-cam comedies started to become a thing in the late 90's/early 2000's and we finally lost the laugh track. I honestly was way more into Scrubs and Malcolm In The Middle than any of the shows listed so far.
