Lately it's been a combination of NYPD Blue, The Adventures of Brisco County Jr, the '90s The Flash, and Batman TAS and Superman TAS or one the Mission Impossibles.
I always turned on “Our Idiot Brother” as a sleeptime TV thing. No screaming, no blaring score, just Paul Rudd being a nice dummy stoner.
Various YouTube channels will do it for me, so it changes pretty often. But if I’m not trying to think too hard about what to pick, anything from Gaming Historian or Company Man will put me out if I just shut my eyes
When I was younger I fell asleep with the tv on in my room every night but haven’t had a tv in my bedroom for 12 years now (side note - this is great for getting quality sleep!) but when I house sit for my parents randomly I need to leave the tv on for the animals so they don’t get up and race around the house at every single noise and I’ve found that I can’t fall asleep to something I know, or at least something I know well or have seen a lot because even if I roll over or can’t hear the tv anymore, my brain will continue on and finish the episode. It’s very annoying lol
Before bed I usually alternate between Sunny, Seinfeld, Eric Andre, I Think You Should Leave, Bob’s Burgers, and Trailer Park Boys. I always fall asleep to music though.
I fell asleep last night listening to that new album by The Smile but when I woke up there was a Godsmack album selected lol
I fall asleep to history documentaries a lot. Lately its been YouTube history videos, Kings & Generals, Epic History, The Great War, ect.
When I was a kid in the late 90's there was a good year or two stretch where I could only fall asleep to Weird Al's greatest hits, Adam Sandler's What the Hell Happened to Me, and Aerosmith's Big Ones. I was super into Armageddon and the 90's Aerosmith revival as a 10 year old.
This is me everynight. If you want some more, i really like Jazby, histocrat, stefan milo, the rest is history podcast.
Matt Christman was on the podcast Guys and I almost jammed a pen in my ear he was so fucking annoying
I don’t listen to Guys, but isn’t that podcast created by a guy from the radio show that led to Chapo’s creation?
it’s murder bryan, I know he’s friends with all them but I don’t know the history behind any of that.
