In my youth I was friends with a guy who made early-Kevin Smith films fandom part of his personality and another who was super into Jackass/CKY.

I had never heard the "yuck their yum" phrase until this year and for some reason I've heard it multiple times since, what is going on

 

No one should be allowed to enjoy anything ever.

"Yuck their yum" is something I never heard of til just now, and I would love to never hear it again

 

This has happened so many times now it makes me laugh. It's like what do people expect?

 

It's been posted on this forum a few times now, and it sounds just as squick now as it did then.

 

I think it’s funny to say because it sounds gross

 

“Don’t yuck their yum” is definitely a common expression (unlike “squick”).

 

Haters are a healthy counterweight in any online ecosystem. I'm grateful for the thousands of shitty opinions freely offered up on this website.

 

Never heard of it anywhere other than here, whereas "squick" I have seen in quite a few places. I'm not about to get into an argument with you about this though, because that would be insane.
