I was a 31 waist but then quarantining started and I chubbed up a little. Now I gotta squeeze in my 32 jeans
Before quarantine I was down about 18lbs from the start of the year. I put back probably 10 of those 18 since quarantine.
i dropped 15 during quarantine but i’ve added like half back the last month and a half. gonna lose it once ‘21 hits.
we went through a traumatic event it doesn't matter what your weight is this year or probably any year
I lost 15 pounds in quarantine and probably gained 20 since I went back to work. Gonna work on it in the new year because I don’t want to end up like my dad on a number of heart meds. Also, gotta figure out better ways to manage stress than emotional eating.
Unrelated, I think we spend way too much time arguing about Christmas movies when there are an abundance of great Christmas episodes of shows that are just as entertaining and haven’t been watched/discussed 10,000 times. Case in point: Every “Bob’s Burgers” Christmas episode and “30 Rock”’s LudaChristmas, which is pretty much a perfect sitcom ep.
Are we all on high blood pressure meds and high cholesterol meds? No. PRobably not. But I am. I'd like to getback to a better weight. For my own safety really. Yeah, it does matter for sure.
I’ve been on cholesterol meds since I was in high school, even after losing a ton of weight over the last ten years, I’ll still have to probably keep taking it
You know, there's essentially a problem in every single shot of the prequel trilogy and yet I still enjoy them more than the sequels.
It is in the forties here (coldest Florida Christmas in years) and it is unbearable. I have been under blankets all day.
With cold weather you can continuously layer. With hot weather once you're naked and if you're still hot, too bad. So cold is better.
I prefer cold over hot in the sense that in the Midwest, you have to crank your AC on drives or sweat to death. In the winter, you can throw on some gloves and a coat and still be good if your car’s heat is out. Note: I do a lot of commuting.
