I think I was just jaded at the time after seeing over half of Infinity Ward fired/quit. That probably decreased some of my enjoyment of the game.
Yeah understandable, I think that's why I'm not as fond of MW2 because there was no one left at IW so it took forever for stuff to get fixed. Like the Fuel rock glitch wasn't fixed for like 3 months.
At this point I regard the CoD campaigns the same as sticking a fork in a light socket. We all should know better.
hah right i don't understand that in the least. i've never had that feeling in my body ever to watch a movie again as soon as possible.
I dunno, if a movie is really enjoyable, I mightwanna see it again cause it made me feel good. Or, I feel that, having seen the conclusion, when I rewatch it I will have a new perspective. To me it's no different than listening to an album I love all the way through for the millionth time Edit: usually it's cause I loved a movie and I want to share that experience with someone who hasn't seen it yet
I saw The Emperor's New Groove like 10 times while it was in theatres, which, given how long movies are in theatres, averages to well over more than once a month. Easily a top-10 of all time film for me, which I know is definitely an unpopular opinion. It's probably closer to undisputed GOAT if we're being truly objective.
I was just quoting that movie today at work. The first time I saw it I was in stitches. Granted, I was like 10, but I still think it has some legitimately hilarious moments.
Emperor's New Groove is amazing. Not even controversial. I know some people on AP used to agree. I think @williek311 might have been one of them?
"Alpaca?" "Oh, yeah, it is...." "Oh, yeah, I thought so." That little interaction is so subtly hilarious to me
I rewatched ENG recently and was pretty disappointed in it. Didn't enjoy it anywhere near as much as I remembered.
Most straight to dvd Disney sequels are never any good. The Lilo and Stitch ones and Aladdin might be the only ones I can think of that are pretty good.
Emperor's New Groove is a god tier Disney movie. That and Extremely Goofy Movie don't get as much love as they deserve. Here's another fun one I have, I think Revenge of the Sith is WAY better than Return of the Jedi now with all the changes made to the original trilogy. Also this one I've seen agreed upon more, but Ewan McGregor's Obi Wan is the best character in the entire Star Wars franchise
