i was wearing basketball shorts and a workout shirt the first few months of quarantine and then switched to jeans and a regular shirt and I found that actually dressing like normal circumstances were present helped improve my mood dramatically throughout the day
I hate sandals. I wear sneakers everywhere. Even to the beach, I'm usually barefoot in the sand anyways And I think they're uncomfortable because you don't have socks for padding, and flip flops hurt in between my toes
no. but when I'm leaving my home, never once has the thought "I would like to be practically barefoot" crossed my mind.
