I remember thinking the trailer was kinda funny, but not funny enough to actually watch a full movie of it. I did later find out that it was directed by Marjane Satrapi, the wonderful French-Iranian cartoonist who made Persepolis, which is just weird enough a bit of trivia that I almost do wanna see it, lol.

Agreed. It's based off of commonly used phrases or common knowledge, right? So if suddenly I think the game Ar Tonelico Qoga: Knell of Are Ciel should be ATQ:KOAC and expect people to know what I'm talking about, that's just odd. It's the same with indie movies or lesser known properties. If it isn't in the mainstream or general conversation, I'd have no idea what's being talked about.
