Looks like their site is now playing snippets of every unreleased song, starting with I'm Pretty Sure I'm Out Of Luck And Have No Friends and finishing with We're All Gonna Die. https://www.voyeurist.io/
Unfortunately I doubt people outside of that twitter convo and the accountability thread on here are even aware of the allegations.
Anyone who gets to hear Pneumonia for the first time in the context of the album is in for a treat. I understand why they released it as a single (mainly cuz it's awesome)...but I do sort of wish I'd held off...because it is a mind blowing closer
held this opinion since Digital Ghost, but Thorn through We're All Gonna Die might be the best run of tracks in their entire discography.
I'm not even hating on the newer stuff and I'm so excited to hear the new album. Only heard great things so far, but when they came back and was super into cursing and saying fuck it seemed ungenuine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I love cursing, btw.
It’s probably not that easy, Ghostmane has songwriting credits on there so no matter what he would get points/revenue from the song.
I haven't received a shipping notification yet, but myUSPS shows a media mail package that I don't recognize originating from Anaheim. Maybe that's it? I ordered from the band's webstore.
just hit play (was gonna jam Earl first, but it didn't drop at midnight so onto this). ready to run through walls
Man…I am not digging the album version of “We’re All Gonna Die”, which is a bummer because that song RIPPPPED on Digital Ghost.
Has anyone seen a list that compiles all the vinyl variants and how many of each were pressed? Somehow I never knew about the Target or Revolver exclusives, which are now both sold out. Also didn't know about the powder blue variant which appears to still be in stock but is $15 more than the other variants for some reason (and is not even the deluxe). EDIT: Looks like there is a wal mart exclusive as well. We have to be pushing 10 different variants now. EDIT 2: I guess the powdered blue variant is $38 because it's AUD.
yeah. think I slightly prefer the DG versions of almost everything here, except maybe "Hallelujah". the interstitial bits really added a lot to the atmosphere too and transitioned between songs more smoothly than on the real album. that being said, shit still rips and "Thorn" is one of their best ever
