So, did anyone successfully rip the video for this? I'm not asking for links because I wouldn't do that........But for real, My ticket was compromised and MomentHouse was 0% help until it was too late for the replay. I did buy the download option, but I was just curious for the time being
I am absolutely going to ruin the album for myself by playing this a billion times. I'm fine with it.
Has anyone checked out Spencer's new "slo/tide" side project? Just checked out the single and it's pretty good. VERY different from underoath haha
Sooo many bands develop like these fully fleshed out versions of tracks that they put together in studio. After playing them live they take on a new form, a new energy and I think they captured that really nicely here. I know a lot of bands can't afford a production like Digital Ghost but I'm hoping more bands take note and try something like this.
Numb and I'm pretty sure I'm out of luck and have no friends are my new favorites. This album is soo good.
I wish anberlin did more production stuff like this. that new song they started playing after their sets... Lost Myself to Find Me, really shows a different side of them. Nate is really good at that stuff. Lowborn was the first album they really let him go crazy with creating the overall vibe of the record. I cant wait to hear more.
Now my main worry about the album is that the little interludes that showed up on Digital Ghost won't be included. They really added a lot to the atmosphere.
I've always been a fan of whatever Tim and Nate Young come up with creatively. I know that Nate didnt have a huge part in developing this as a whole, but he and Tim's artistic way of creating chill moments in their projects have always left me wanting more. I wish they made Carrollhood a little more active of a project. but alas, they have a lot going on all the time with their bands and business.
Me too, most definitely ;D but at least I'm really excited for the album after all of the reactions the stream has gotten here.
I was really bummed when they announced the pushback from October to January, but Digital Ghost was the perfect compromise for me. I did my best to avoid the song releases, loved the stream, and feel good about waiting. If I had the stream available to me I highly doubt I could avoid listening daily though.
I loved it. I bought the download package but waiting till January is going to be a pain. Now if I happened to come across a rip, I wouldnt be mad.
As I was watching my shitty screen recorded video (that has notifications popping up all throughout it lol) - I was thinking the exact same thing.
Yeah reading this thread really makes me regret not watching it. Just over a month away until the official release.
