they do sound insanely good - wish I didn't like writing on the walls 1000x more than the other tracks Since they seems to be making the art they want
Whoa they sound so damn good. Stoked they played a few tracks off of TPATO. Cool to see how these sound live. I would have picked Devil as well.
Love to hear Chris so high in the mix, I'm even hearing things I didn't notice in the studio versions. The synth strings being so prominent on Writing On The Walls even make it sound closer to the Dallas era
It’s honestly funny they reserve these outrageously awesome things for the cruise because I’d imagine most people are causal fans more there for the whole experience. Last year they did the new record play through as locus ultra.
Really cool to get a performance as cool as this one pro shot. I love the songs from the album they picked. Vultures and Shame are two of the best songs on the new album. Man I don’t know if I’ve said this before, but the melody on the chorus of all the love is gone is so similar to the theme song from the Nickelodeon show “all that” and once I heard it I can’t unhear it.
Good god this is incredible. Deteriorating Incline is a top 10 song for me. Seeing Aaron play these Disambiguation songs is nuts. I hope they expand this type of setlist. If they did residencies in cities over 3 nights I would 100% go to something like this. We need another album with Tim driving the car creatively. I like all the reunion stuff, but I think Spencer and Aaron’s inclinations aren’t my preference with underoath. Give me more avant garde shouting with heavy riffs.
A Divine Eradication needs to be a staple, I don't care, they have to make that happen after watching this
I hope at the very least they see how dynamic it is to sprinkle in some of the very heavy riffy stuff from Disambiguation in a headlining set. This is so rad to see.
I really hope this cruise isn't going to be the only time they're bringing Who Will Guard The Guardians back out because I would literally give my left nut to hear that one live again
Underoath playing a show with Alexisonfire who are playing Crisis in full. I so badly want this to be a full tour. UO playing DTGL with AOF playing Crisis.
I’m pretty optimistic about this next year from them. Sounds like some cool tours are cooking and everything they have done has been unexpected and rad. Excited to see how they approach a next album but I bet thats still a ways out.
I think they have been writing already... most likely touring Define 20 this year and writing/recording.
Teasing something on IG in 30 days. Hope it’s new music but probably just an anniversary version of DTGL based on the graphics?
