Oh snap! Angry!

 

this was the one attached to the QR code from some of their shows back in September. extracted the audio at the time to listen and it was my favorite of the songs i'd heard until ATLIG.

 

Nice. I definitely remember the QR code song but the website it linked to eventually died and I think I only got to listen to it once so I didn't recall. It's a ripper!

I need someone in the band to confirm the demo song they played during those 2023 meet and greet demo listening parties is on this record or not.

for some reason all the full new songs of the album are on their tiktok page when you refresh it, i don't know if it stills works but you need to refresh the page until the new songs appears

They call it a preview but it's half of the song lol

 

Just realized they aren't headlining any of their upcoming tour dates from now through Septemeber. There's no dedicated tour to promote this album until likely late 2025 or early 2026. That's weird, right? I highly doubt they are going POTATO heavy on any sets they do opening for Papa Roach or Rise Against.

Also very surprised this whole thing hasn't leaked yet based on this release fiasco.

 

Actually, it almost wouldnt surprise me if half the set was brand new stuff.... Seems like a chance for them to get a new audience (dont think P. Roach and R.A. crowds necessarily dying to hear Dangerous Business) that leans more into some of the direction they've taken on the new stuff (based on what we've heard)... Hell they played the entire album in masks already. They seem to be at a "lets do whatever we want stage" and Im here for it even if I havent loved all the singles yet

 

That's actually a great point. It likely will be new song heavy.

 

I bet we will get the album tour this fall and the define 20 year tour next spring

Still not sure how you feel about the new material.

 

I'm seeing them headline a solo show on an off date of the tour. Will be interesting to see how that setlist fills in.

If this is the song I remember from the live footage, the hook is an earworm and Aaron's delivery reminded me of Bleed It Out lol

edit: It is. Just realized the clip ends right as the hook starts.

 

It would be so cool if this band did a surprise release with their next album (or even just compressed the normal cadence - give us a month of the fun fan excitement building ideas and then release the record). The roll outs for the last two albums have been so interminable (and this one has been very sloppy, on top of that).

 

I have been avoiding listening to any of the singles leading up to this, but All the Love is Gone came on my shuffle and I had to just let the first chorus hit. Man, it’s so good. And I’m still thinking it’s just like Thorn in so many ways.

 

Wonder what song they'll push as the final single, unless nothing happens until the 28th
