Have only listened on laptop speakers so far, so no comment on the mix, yet - I dig the song. It has elements I like, but does feel a little Sleepwave-y to me. I'm really gunning for more feedback, more chaos, and just looser performances, if that makes sense? The guitars feel just a little too polished and cleaned up, to me. Idk. I'm really hoping to see a continuation of Disambiguation. That shit slapped.
The guitar work didn’t impress me at all, like all of their songs has always had a lead guitars that made me go oh yea that’s sick. There’s one part in the second prechorus I loved, that’s really it tho.
Okkkk Apparently my friends brothers friend worked on the video that should be going live at 4pm. Take that for what it is
Decent tune. Doesn't make me worry about the album but def hope it's bottom tier on it. Seems a solid single choice.
Those were good too. My favorite song on Disambiguation is Vacant Mouth by the way if anyone was asking.
Yeah waiting for official release for my second listen, I already forgot the bulk of it so maybe I'll like it more on second pass
@teebs41 was able to listen with headphones on my lunch, you're totally right; that obnoxiously buried riff towards the back end is indeed gnarly. Here's to a lossless version at 4pm
I WATCH IT TAKE YOU THEN I WALK AWAY the lyrics on disambiguation are just fucking devastating. I was super young and going through a really really hard time when that album came out, it was when my anxiety and depression started to really manifest for the first time ever and I was really scared and confused and that album helped me make sense of all the darkness that was consuming me

Song was solid. Really excited for this. I slept on Underoath for the longest time because I'm an idiot. I really love all their records now, specifically Lost in the Sound.

You and me both man. I really started connecting with around this time last year at the peak of my depression/anxiety and when I quit drinking. Thia album is a mammoth both lyrically and musically
ok i caved and listened again. if every chorus was the same pace as the final chorus this song would be a million times better
