Anyone going to the current Underoath tour with Breaking Benjamin? The set is VERY Erase Me heavy.

Not surprising that they’re playing Erase Me heavy sets. Makes sense on a lot of levels.

 

I bet they'll do a similar set with Korn and Alice In Chains. If they play Hold Your Breath there I'll be so happy.

Assuming they are playing On My Teeth, No Frame, and It Has To Start Somewhere as well, that's my top 5 on the album! That's amazing!

 

I was going to put the setlist in here yesterday but I didn't know how to black it out in case some people didn't want to see it, lol. But yes, they played both songs mentioned.
I'll be going tonight in Ohio so I can update if they play any other Erase Me songs! Hoping for In Motion!!!

 

The show was fun!! Someone uploaded the set to setlist.fm, but it isn’t in the correct order and they also played a boy brushed red on top of what is listed.
It was definitely the smallest Underoath show I have attended since they came back. Sink With You is one of my least favorite on record, but it is really cool live. Ihateit is a really fun live song too, big singalong.

 

This record is connecting with me finally. Put it on at the gym and dig it now more as a whole effort. There’s a lot of groovy experimental moments I was missing because I was too busy hating on the poppier elements.

Something that harshed my enjoyment of it unfairly was Aaron not doing his old pop punk vox as regularly. He has a much greater range of styles on this record that brings the band up level above their older stuff.

Hold Your Breath is one of the best Underoath tracks.

 

Hold Your Breath should have been the second single in my opinion.. or ihateit.

 

If they can encapsulate more of what they did with Hold Your Breath on their next album, I'll be content.
