Honestly, not my jam (although yea 2008 me would have been ecstatic) but good for them. I'm sure they can reach a wide fanbase that might not have checked them out previously. Every Time I Die have taught me that not limiting your tours can be really neat and awesome.
Haha I just played a little of the title track and this is totally something I would have looved in middle school
Skillet has, to this very day, the funniest album title that no matter what makes me laugh and I love it Hey You, I Love Your Soul
Skillet are a fucking terrible band but Collide absolutely slapped (I won't listen to it bc I'm nervous it doesn't hold up)
Post-grunge isnt nearly as big as it used to be so I dunno how much of a big deal it really is but good for them nonetheless Even though they are far and away the best band on that tour. Haha.
Skillet is a great band, even though anything after Awake isn't really up my ally. If Underoath opens their set with On My Teeth like they have been, I can see them immediately gaining all the new fans that don't know who they are.
Recent videos show them signing posters with UØ and Anberlin on the print. Did not see those anywhere at the show. Anyone have any idea where they are from?
i’m guessing the people that got m&g for that tampa show got those posters. the special show poster i have is only 11x17 and only mentions underoath on it
