Can now confirm this album is great for running. I had I Gave Up going on near the end of my run and boy did it boost my time.
Pretty sure Erase Me is now my most played for 2018. Only album that would come close in terms of plays is Reidi by Black Foxxes.
Gotta admit that the booklet design for this album is fantastic, at least. Definitely on par with Disambiguation which has one of the dopest lyrics booklets ever
I heard about them through John Nolan doing one of the songs. I listened to them, and it was one of those "Why didn't I hear/listen to this band sooner?" moments.
It’s up there with TROW and PBTT for me as far as plays go.. maybe quality. Animal flag will be getting a lot of play this week as well
I gotta say, obviously I think this whole album is great but Loneliness is now the song that has time and time again been getting stuck in my head. I know, surprise surprise. But damn, it's too catchy.
Just read the last few pages... imagine acting like A Black Mike To The Surface was somehow boring. Sorry i just love Manchester and that album was perfect. Anyways I’m starting to like a few songs on here
I still love jamming some Dead Poetic. Really wish they would have stuck it out but I'm really happy with how successful Brandon has been in the graphic design world.
Listened to this at the gym two days ago and actually enjoyed it for the first time (besides Wake Me which blows arse). Album is simple, songs are decent. A let-down in their discography, maybe, but I’ve realized that it’s great compared to other mainstream rock artists. It may not be what I was looking for in a new Underoath album, but its what we got, so I’ll keep listening and see if it grows on me more.
This is still easily my least favorite in their discography, but I’ve listened to nothing else for basically a week and a half so whatever they’re doing here I’ve bought in, I guess, haha. ihateit through In Motion is my favorite section. Wake Me is so poor, but the second verse has some of my favorite lyrics on the record so that’s weird.
