Yup. Quality version of this is quality. I hope this is a "Blood on the Sand" situation where the comeback song is awesome but ends up being the most radio-y song on the record.

 

I was just thinking this feels like a "Blood on the Sand" situation.

Either way, I think I dig this more than Blood on the Sand, at the time.

 

The stuff I heard on the integram live sounded more brutal

 

Yeah okay I’m really into this song now. Drums are predictably great, and that final chorus hits HARD.

 

I think I just dropped like $300+ on everything i wanted & I REGRET NOTHING!!!

 

I made 3 separate orders, ordered like every possible record variant I could... no regrets! Can't wait to own this.

 

Haha, you know there is a rust-belt Baptist Underoath fan or two down south that legitimately had this thought and became very sad and concerned for our souls.

Yeah this is how I feel too... between college expenses and other things I just shouldn’t be spending that much money on albums right now. Apple Music is a godsend.

This is a blurb about the album on their website. Are they beating around the bush about a newfound agnosticism or even atheism?

 

Am I wrong in assuming that the Acid Green standard / Deluxe is the same thing except one has a more interesting packaging? Like, the record itself is the same?

Honestly this makes me think it’s even more likely that the lyrics in the single are about losing religious faith.

 

Box set is out of 750.

 

New song is really good. I am so down with this.

 

Honestly I like the song a lot more now oops

 

Not crazy about the song on first listen. Didn't feel like they' was much to it and I'm not that into the industrial sound itself

I mean I like it enough, but not as much as anything from the last 3 albums

 

The fact that this and the new TWY record coming out on the same day makes me pretty happy.

 

I honestly feel like I could do without Aaron's vocals in this.

 

I'd be surprised if they were different color vinyl to be honest. More than likely just a triple gatefold packaging and booklet on the other.

 

I didn't even realize he had vocals on it. I only listened once in the car though haha

 

I believe it's just the backing vocals in the chorus.
