underoath should move to try to be more like point #1 era chevelle - aka the GOATs - on the next album but i don’t think they have it in them

Very glad there's a good rock album coming out this week. Between Hop Along and this it's a solid release week. (That 30 Seconds to Mars album sucks.)

 

I think the only 30STM song I’ve ever remotely liked is that closer to the edge song

 

I'll admit that I loved several 30STM songs growing up, but beyond just me growing out of it, I don't really have a lot of nostalgia for them anymore.

Listened as if this was a new band and really enjoyed it.
