Underoath have announced a series of livestream concerts. Tickets are now available. They have also announced that They’re Only Chasing Safety, Define the Great Line, and Lost in the Sound of Separation, will also be seeing vinyl re-presses. There’s also a cool looking boxset that I’m telling myself I can’t spend money on.

July 17th - 'Lost In The Sound of Separation'
July 24th - 'Define the Great Line'
    July 31st - 'They’re Only Chasing Safety'

Free shipping is a nice touch.

  3. It's a bit confusing, are they pressing the live stream recording AND the original recorded version? What does OBI mean?

OBI is just that little black rectangular paper strip that slides over the record cover.

@Jason Tate that box set looks sweet but I’m right there with you. I already own too many editions of underoath records. I did buy a copy of lost though. I only have the sawtooth boxset of that record.

    Surprise, Surprise Prestigious

I've always held off on buying copies of these three specifically for some reason so it's looking like high time to finally get on it.

Curious about the livestream shows, but kind of want to see how it'll be done first? Anyone got tickets for McMahon's this weekend?

They fixed your brain when you were young.

The vinyl is just the original recordings from what the description seems to say.

I went for the box set. I didn’t even really need TOCS but I’m a sucker for a set! It would’ve been kinda cool if it had been maybe $75 so it felt like you got a bit of a discount...oh well!

I’ve been desperate for TOCS on vinyl for so long that I don’t even mind paying $35 for delivery to the UK. So glad I grabbed it

I bought a ticket for McMahon’s this weekend. I wanted to get tickets for the event but it was $200. Much rather spend the $20.

    If you don't, don't

Picked up the box set straight away as I've been after a pressing of all three of those records for a long time. Those obi strips are pretty ugly though, just way too over the top with info and logos

I just bought a record player last week. Was searching for so many records that seemed far to expensive and out of reach and then this was posted. Had to grab TOCS and DTGL

That Lost sawtooth boxset is my vinyl "one that got away." I had it in my hands at Amoeba Music while visiting LA around the time of release and didn't buy it. I kick myself like once a week for that poor decision.

I remember walking to my local record store and seeing a new copy of it with all the collector editions. I didn’t buy it because it was $90 or something. I bought my copy used 3 years ago from someone off of Discogs and it came with the disambiguation remix 10” vinyl. I think I paid $125. Not too far off after all these years.
