I always give Hudmo a listen, but haven't loved anything he's done apart from a few early EP's and the TNGHT EP.

Also, very late to the party, but the Junior Boys album from earlier in the year is great. Not as keen on the recent EP, though.

I'm ready for some Jerome solo work but I think he mentioned being in the studio with Sam quite a bit lately so I bet we get more djds first

I recommend checking it out! He's been a staple in this scene for a while, Hardcourage was one of the first electronic LPs I really latched on to and I'd consider this just as good

Reveling in Adventures Beyond the Ultraworld right now. I had no idea a 109-minute-long album could fly by like this. I really don't know enough about this genre to critique or draw influence connections at all, but I'm loving the hell out of it. It feels so minimal and finds its fair share of beauty in quiet repetition, but it also doesn't shy away from moments that are undeniably big and emotive.

I've sadly never gotten around to listening to any Orb records but I'm definitely going to now, thanks for this!

with the dark cloud looming over us all, I did what distracts me best and grabbed a couple new records and they've been getting me through today

new Romare LP is incredible, bluesy disco and the new Oval album is great sound collage type stuff. highly recommend both

Finally got round to listening to the new DVA and FaltyDL albums. Both are pretty fucking good. As is the Kuedo. Good end of year for electronic albums.
