I am really excited for this, Good Time is such a fantastic film. I am, however, not looking forward to the conversations I will have with a certain friend who will almost certainly use this to try and say that Adam Sandler films are actually really funny and good, not understanding the difference between "Adam Sandler making a piece of shit scam movie" vs "Adam Sandler actually trying in a movie he had nothing to do with outside of saying lines"
Cannot wait. Had no clue Lakeith was in this! I absolutely adore Good Time, so this is high up on my list. And wtf is Mike Francesa doing in this?!
I wonder if Sandler was just turning down dramatic roles for all of these years or if he wasn't being offered any. I would imagine he had a lot of offers after Punch-Drunk Love. Maybe now that he has so much money the Sandlers of 2319 won't have to work he can afford to stretch his wings.
