    My original copy of GoodFellas on DVD was one you had to flip over like a damn laserdisc halfway through, and I was doing that shit in 2009, like some freakin boomer jackass. Glad we’re past that bullshit.

    I still own the Lord of the Rings extended editions on DVD where you have to put the second disc in halfway through the movie only because they fucked with the color correction on bluray.

    From the comments it seems that a lot of people thought it was intentional as this is the copy that is prominently being distributed and screened in theatres and the Safdies are finding this out in real time

    Saw this last night and you all are gonna maim me....I was pretty disappointed with it. Thought the plot to be just ok, some of the acting was borderline terrible, and the movie just didn’t have the emotional heft that it should have
