I liked Tyler pre-Flower Boy but none of his other albums compare lyrically and the sexism and homophobia render it all unlistenable to me. That is indeed a great album cover though.

 

"Answer" and "Rusty" are still all-timers, but yeah, nothing compares to the new era

 

WOLF was such an upgrade from Goblin. Probably my second favorite behind Flower Boy.

 

Yeah while I'm not super into Wolf anymore it's definitely his second best

 

He's gotten better with each release imo, but despite some of the subject matter Wolf still holds a special place in my heart, it was a really great time in my life when that album came out

Flower Boy is easily his best though

 

I didn't like any of his music until Flower Boy. Since I love FB, I gave his old music another chance recently. I still only like FB.

 

I'm still sad see you again never took off on radio

 

He should have made a video for See You Again. I'm really surprised he didn't, actually. Videos used to be a big part of his thing but he only made one for Who Dat Boy this time

Album’s been out almost a year now and it still holds up so well. It’s very much a summer album for me. It hit 90 degrees in MA today and I put it on without a second thought.
