I was in LA one time on the hype beast street and he was just there chilling I think that’s all be does now
I'm assuming they're going to wait until it's in hand which should be soon if they started when the album dropped
Back in the day during the prime of OF I was convinced like every single one of them was gonna be a star lol (I was also like 14). Obviously Tyler, Earl, Frank and Syd with the other Internet guys are doing amazing, and Taco and Jasper are both doing great in film (Taco with Dave and another movie I remember him getting and Jasper in fucking Jackass), but I still maintain that Domo Genesis deserves to be a lot more famous than he is. To be fair I'm not sure about his work ethic since he hasn't dropped an album since his debut in 2016, but I always thought he was an extremely good rapper, and No Idols is one of the best projects to come out of the entire OF Camp. I was super happy to see him feature on this album, I hope he makes at least a semi-comeback with his next album (if it exists). Getting Tyler on a track would be a guaranteed hit for him at this point As a teenager I was a big Hodgy Beats fan too but his solo stuff and MellowHype has definitely aged the worst out of the whole group. I still think he's a good rapper and he has a lot of potential but I get the impression that he has a lot of personal issues so I'm not sure what to expect from him from now on. I'm rooting for him though, I really want to see what direction he would take if he continued Left Brain and Mike G seem pretty done. Left Brain was never that great of a producer and I haven't seen him get a placement in literally like ten years. I guess he and Hodgy reuniting as MellowHype would make sense if they want to make a comeback, they basically need each other at this point. Mike G was a solid rapper but not much more, he never really fit in with the group much in the first place and he seems content dropping random songs and doing appearances in Zumiez stores
I may have an extra VIP ticket for Tyler/Vince on Thursday in Worcester, MA. Message me if you're interested - just looking to make some of my money back on it.
Went to the show on Sunday and it was probably one of the best shows I've ever been to. Insane production
I paid $500 for the pair when they went on sale - at this point, looking for like $150-200 for one ticket just to make some of my money back and not burn the ticket. The seat is in section 123.
Made a post on fb, will keep you posted ! Also thanks for the reminder , I have so much going on I would’ve forgot the show and missed it
Show was great last night! Wish Vince got longer to play and the crowd was more into the new stuff though. I accidentally dropped my $40 Vince t-shirt on my way out last night - if anyone is going to the other shows and could grab me the "Call me if you get lost in Romana Park" Vince tee in a large, I will pay you $10 extra and shipping cost to send it to me. I was so concerned about the shirt all night and of course totally forgot when I went to grab my jacket and leave at the end of the show, felt so dumb on the ride home haha.
Vince went on way too early, there was another opener at 7 so I figured he would be on 745 earliest but I was there 740 and had missed 3 songs. He killed it, crowd was lit, the “we gon run it up” part with the whole crowd vibing was one of the biggest party vibes I’ve felt in a long time
Also, didn’t want to risk buying the Fragrance because i wasn’t sure I’d like it but my friend got it and it was quite nice. Crazy thinking about him selling something like that and having people smell like a scent profile he worked on while he goes wild on stage, the man is on another level
Yo I got you, going to the MSG show with my GF on the 14th. My post office is kinda slow sometimes though and I'm a student so I might not be able to ship it like the next day. PM me.
Show in DC last night was insane, he just gets better and better with every tour. Can't believe he sold out such a massive venue
