Since we essentially follow Kate’s POV, they seem pretty zany in a weird way. But as Kate gets to know them, we get to really see those characters and most of them come across much better.

This was fun and exciting. Thought it fizzled out some/was kind of awkward from when she went to her mom’s house until they met back up with the group. Also, I see there’s “discourse” around it, but it’s so absurd they don’t kiss.
