Saw this on Dolby, very cool with the heightened sound and seats shaking.

This is exactly what I want out of a summer movie; fun, excitement, a little romance.

 

Don’t forget that Daisy Edgar-Jones brings back Helen Hunt’s famous flawless, storm-resistant white tank top!

 

And at the beginning when she says her mom will be cooking for them is kinda of a throw back to them going to Aunt Meg’s to eat.

 

There's also tornadoes, which is a subtle nod to "Twister."

 

wow, I totally missed that, will look for it on my rewatch!

 

In Twisters, we see towns destroyed by tornadoes. Eerily, we see the same type of destruction in Twister.

 

Both movies also include weather

 

I just want to know if there's a scene where someone is cooking steak and eggs in a single pan

Is the quirky scientist background character actor stuff good in this? That is what I loved about the first movie

It's the lead singer of TV On The Radio and two A24 lesbians it's perfect

 

A great collection characters, but none of them are as memorable as PSH and the Got Milk guy.
