I'm giving myself like twenty minutes before I start the next episodes to create like a million different theories.

Halfway through the first episode. Oh my fucking god. This is some of the creepiest shit I've ever seen. I'm in love

 

Oh man, I really want episode 5. I'd love to watch all 18 in a row.

 

I did not realize going into this that Catherine Coulson was still alive when they filmed this. Very pleasant surprise.

episode two was just as good as episode one.

I think I'm going to watch the other two tomorrow but good gracious I'm so happy right now.

 

Watched the first two episodes. Loved it.

 

Watching the 3rd and probably the 4th cause I can't help myself

 

I used to say the quickest way to make four hours pass by was sleeping or reading a good book, but it turns out watching the first four episodes of season 3 does it pretty well too

 

could we possibly get a episode mention for which spoilers people want to talk about?

I've seen a few here and I'm unsure what episode they are on so I'm scared to click

I was so scared this wouldn't work but it's great and already one of my favorite things he's done. unreal how good it is tbh

 

episode 4: michael cera genuinely looks like he could be kimmy robertson's son

 

Going to see The XX in Toronto tonight....as excited as I should be I'm also mildly devastated that I can't watch eps 3 and 4 immediately after work

 

I watched the hour long recap of S1 and S2 that was posted a few pages back, hoping I'd be ready to jump into S3, but I am more confused now than I've ever been. May need to try to watch the whole series.

 

Watching the first couple seasons doesn't make the new episodes any less confusing, haha. You'll be familiar with a few characters, but plotwise no one really knows what the fuck is going on.

 

Episodes 1 & 2: Log Lady scenes were so upsetting but I am really glad they were in there. It was good seeing Frank Silva briefly too. I wonder how raging Michael J Anderson is at being replaced by a tree Facebook rant will follow I'm sure.
Episode 3: Bonkers indeed! The first 15 minutes were trippy and I loved it. Also loved the Casino scene with Cooper.
Saving Episode 4 for tonight - very excited.

I am so so happy with it thus far. It's dark but there's still that quirkiness there at times - especially with Andy, Lucy and Hawk. It's Twin Peaks and it's definitely David Lynch. What a time to be alive.

 

I know exactly what you're talking about and yes, it was so. So, so, so, great. Feeling a lot if Inland Empire-esq scary stuff so far.

Episode 4 tonight.

 

Will watching the first 2 seasons give me any clue as to what's going on in the first two seasons?

In other words, does it ever really makes sense?

of course. I'm not gonna say he doesn't do things here and there to be random, because I know he likes to latch onto ideas and see where they go, but he has a very clear vision for everything that he does.

 

some stuff in episode 3 only makes sense if you've seen fwwm too the ring and "blue rose"

 

1 and 2 were great. I think I can hold off on 3 and 4 until next week, good to let this sink in.

 

Absolutely adored 1 and 2, but I already feel like I have to rewatch them immediately before I go further to 3/4.
