Crimes of the Future is one of his best. Dead Ringers is fantastic. A History of Violence and Eastern Promises are pretty different from his usual stuff but are also really great. Honestly there's not much from his filmography that isn't worth watching.
RIP. Spent a lot of time with his work last year, and even though I didn't connect with all of it, there was really no one else like him.
What a fuckin bummer, man. I was literally just talking about Lynch with my film class today. Showed them stuff from the original Dune and then compared one of their shitty film projects to being as disorienting and avant-garde as Eraserhead.
