TWIABP / Rozwell Kid / Mylets / Ratboys / Adjy / Animal Flag / Slow Mass Tour

Man, I get why but it sucks that Rozwell Kid is the only one on every show. Slow Mass and Ratboys are amazing.

Stoked that we get Adjy, that band blew me away on the Foxing tour, but legitimately all of the openers on this are great so I wouldn't complain either way

 

i'm just mad adjy won't come back to the area, that band is unbelievable. need a new album stat

 

So everyone's talking about Animal Flag and Adjy, who I don't get...are Mylets any good?

 

mylets is this one dude who is crazy good at guitar and does a lot of math rocky stuff

 

Mylets is good, first heard of him when he was TTNG's merch guy on the foxing tour, super fun, definitely my least favorite of the openers just because I've seen him a bunch

 

Can anyone speak to Slow Mass?

Not into TWIABP much anymore and never been huge on Rozwell Kid. Should I buy a ticket to the CT date just to see Animal Flag even though I've already seen them 3 times? A huge part of me says probably

yes absolutely 100%. have you seen rozwell kid live yet? if you aren't huge on them and you haven't seen them yet that'll change

either way animal flag is the greatest

Going on Thursday, so excited! This'll be my 7th time seeing TWIABP and 3rd seeing Rozwell.

Also, if you're going, make sure you tip World Is' merch guy Connor. He's one of my favorite people ever.

I'm not too fluent in the new record yet, but I'll ask Connor if the setlist is any different.

 

when I saw them at a record store they played Wish Man 5 times lmao

 

TWIABP's set was very similar, only there was no Infinite Steve, and they closed with Heartbeat and Getting Sodas. Everything else, as far as I can tell, was the exact same as the record release.

This show was a solid time though. Slow Mass I thought was just alright, but Rozwell Kid was the best I've seen them (this was #4 for me). World Is was their usual great self, though I'm still getting into the new stuff, so those portions were a little hit or miss. All of their established stuff though was awesome as always.

 

They played Michael Keaton! I adore that song! Any chance you have a video?

 

Your Wish Man is my Angus Soundtrack Deepcut. I don't know why they never play that song... But still. This is making me want to go to this tour, and I wasn't planning on it!
