Unrelated to the new single release, but it's amazing how much some of these songs have grown on me this year. A The Risk might be one of my favorite 21P songs.

 

Yeah I actually just randomly revisited this today and it really is a grower, I was a bit underwhelmed when it came out but now I'm a fan of pretty much every song on the album. Going to the tour definitely helped too

 

I don't think it's peak the way Trench was, but it's definitely a high point. And I agree, time has been lovely to this record so far. It's crazy how hard it hits when you leave it for a while and come back to it.

 

Just performed The Line at the The Game Awards

 

The Line is actually a great song. Spent a drunken night with my wife playing it over and over again like it was the greatest thing we've ever heard. Definitely not the best song of all time but a great TOP song.

 

Is the new song picking up any steam on top 40 radio? They are playing the Jingle Ball at MSG on Saturday and I assume the point of the booking was to get airplay

I can't stop watching this...the scream Tyler gives in the 'on my face' line is so good. I've seen this band 20+ times live but never like this. Fucking incredible performance.

Haven’t heard the song until just now when I watched that performance. Absolutely killed it.
