Wasn't expecting this vibe but this is great. Reminds me more of stuff like White Lies, Editors or The Wombats. I feel like it'd make for a good soundtrack for either a romcom or a sports video games from the 00s, in a good way.
Man that chorus is really unique, this song is super good I have a feeling this could be one of their best albums
The two new songs together are taking me back to why I fell in love with this band. Namely that feeling of listening to a TOP album and having no idea what the next song will sound like. The last record and even Trench (though it's excellent) felt more uniform in their overall vibe. I've missed them being all over the place in a way that only they can be.
Costs for The Clancy Tour (Including Fees): 70 dollar price increase for pit tickets from last tour....
As much as I know I'll be missing out by skipping this tour, I can only afford one event in August, and I decided on a one-day EDM fest in Seattle instead. I know the visuals are going to be awesome with this era's theme, and I hope everyone enjoys.
I didn't realize the entire lower level and first rows or club were the same price and now I'm kicking myself for not getting better seats for the same price.
No surprise, but the LiveNation Presale for Twenty One Pilots are so much more expensive than the artist presale on Tuesday. On Tuesday, I bought lower level tickets for the Cleveland show for $160 - and the entire lower level was $160. My same section for LN presale today is $235 and other lower level tickets are up to $400. By the looks of things, there are still a TON of tickets available - especially in the upper levels.
Since this will be my 4th (and 5th) time seeing TOP at Ball Arena in Denver, I thought it would be fun to compare total prices of floor tickets over the past few tours. I just ended up depressed. 2018 (Bandito Leg 1) - $79 + fees = $98 2019 (Bandito Leg 3) - $99 + fees = $120 2021 (Takeover Tour) - $129 + fees = $170 2024 (Clancy Tour) - $179 + fees = $216 More than a 100% increase in just six years. I know “everyone is doing it” but can’t help but feel a little disappointed. I bought a Standard Admission 6th row ticket for Fall Out Boy last weekend (former VIP ticket that was converted to standard a few days before the show) for only $105 plus fees. But I don’t think most of the shows will sell out, at least not right away, so hopefully prices will dip a bit. Side note, if anyone is going to the Denver shows, I’m hosting a TOP-themed dinner party at my house the night before (Weds the 14th) - anyone is welcome! More deets to come closer to the show.
Had to do some digging but still have all my Ticketmaster confirmation emails and screenshots of tickets.
