As a casual Twenty One Pilots fan, I really enjoy this. I've never heard Mutemath before, they sound great.
Absurdly, absurdly good. Huge twentyonepilots fan, sorta Mutemath fan, but sweet Jesus were these dudes born to play music together. This took great songs and made them greater. I'd love to see these two guys work on original stuff.
Wow this was awesome. This makes me want twenty one pilots to do a full band tour, and I'd be 100% ok with Mutemath being that backing band.
Only thing that would make this better would be if you got rid of Tyler and Josh. Then they'd really be onto something here. :)
This is so incredible. Really glad they played "Lane Boy" and gave the song its due. That was the first TOP song I liked, where things finally "clicked," so to speak. This all sounded so good, "Ride" especially. Also kind of cool and ballsy for them to not play "Stressed Out." I'd love to see more mashups like this. Heck, I'd be okay for Mutemath to join TOP official lineup! hahahha
21 pilots did mention some time ago that they have interest in having more players on stage. If the videos get enough positive feedback, I think 21 pilots feat MM is a real possibility!
I'd much rather have MM be collaborators in the studio and get MM's own album/tour. MM just have a really good grasp of what works musically, which would help 21p progress in their songwriting.
