Most labels hold inventory back for these reasons

I didn’t say any of that was bad. I just said sometimes, for me, I have to put that aside and take an album as it is. I even said in the previous post I understand and don’t think it’s a bad thing.

Despite some similar vocal melodies and riffs I find this to be very different from Glow On. Just listened to both back to back.

Also yeah when the brass came in on Dreaming I just smiled involuntarily, wasn't expecting that or anything else that song does. Great flow with so many transitions and I am a sucker for that shit, hangs together so well as an album.

Might have to scoop this on wax.

I listened and watched the Fallon performance so much that I'm used to "I Care" going into "Dull" that it was weird not hearing that on the record. Anybody else? lol

I think a radio edit of LOOK OUT FOR ME would do killer numbers

This will sound blasphemous, but an edit without some of the interludes/trail offs of the whole record could absolutely put most of this in the public sphere.

The Killers did this for pressure machine, and as much as I like the storytelling at the beginning of many of those songs, I come back to the “song only” version way more.
