Just saw them tonight in Atlanta and I've been to many shows in my life but I think that was the first time I've seen a small part of the floor sectioned off for what I assumed was to be for people with physical disabilities but instead was for children. There were about 6 little kids in there (with their parents/guardians) just absolutely rocking out for Turnstile.
Related: when I saw Midtown last month, Gabe said he took his son to his first concert and it was Turnstile
Happy to see Turnstile rescheduled their Bay Area dates that they last minute canceled. The gf and I had tickets to go see them at Warfield on Halloween night. She was gonna go dressed as an alien and I was hoping to mosh in an astronaut suit. Big sad.
Yeah I’ve said it many times in this thread, but my son is almost two and obsessed with GLOW ON. So cool that they recognize that and are having spaces where kids can enjoy the show safely. Can’t wait for him to see them live someday.
honestly so well deserved. the having your debut album premiere on absolutepunk to being nominated at the grammys pipeline is real
The way that both Turnstile and Billie went from playing 100-1,000 capacity venues to being one of the biggest acts in their respective genres and each selling out massive venues is truly a sight to behold, and it’s only fitting they cross paths and become fans/friends.
