You know I’m curious about what someone listening to a band like Turnstile for the first time hears if they have the auto play feature enabled on Spotify. I’ve gotten NAILS my last two times through the album, and I had a laugh thinking someone not from hardcore getting blasted with that after “Lonely Dezires.”

 

Everyone needs to hear unsilent death at least once in their lives.

 

lol happened to me. Really jarring going from Lonely Desirez into powerviolence when you're least expecting it at high volume.

 

First verse of Blackout is extremely Janes Addiction, at least in the vocals.

I've gotten in to Turnstile just in the last month, and I'm extremely disappointed I missed out on vinyl.
