As far as random “what could they sound like next?” ideas, I think it’d be cool to see them do something involving tastefully auto tuned vocals & digital bleeps and bloops. best way I can describe what I’m thinking of is their version of Kid A or 22, A Million.
I know. Keep in mind that thought is coming from a fan who thoroughly enjoyed the collab EP they released with BADBADNOTGOOD. I’m sure I differ from the opinion of deeper hardcore fans
Yeah I am perfectly fine with waiting however long they need. I'm sure they've been writing new music while on tour but with the amount of shows they've done in the last couple years I wouldn't blame that at all for laying low for a bit of extra time The next album is also probably the most pivotal moment of their career too so it needs to be as good as possible
I’m just bringing back this thread because I randomly found out they are still selling the Turnstile Converse on zumiez on clearance so a great deal. I finally picked up the black pair. the black pair goes for around $51: https://www.zumiez.com/converse-x-turnstile-chuck-70-black-skate-shoes.html The white pair goes for like $34: https://www.zumiez.com/converse-x-turnstile-one-star-pro-white-skate-shoes.html
Yeah there wasn’t much that was cool about that collab other than it happened so I can see how they ended up being on clearance
what i want for Christmas this year is the ITYSL song fully fleshed out and available on streaming services
I think its because Outbreak London is in June so the assumption is new music before they play their big headliners next year.
For real. Dreampop Turnstile was kind of sick. As good as Blue By You, one of my favorites from the back catalogue deep cuts.
