This album is a fucking vibe. So good. People that want PV part 2 why are you still listening and disappointing yourself?
Re: live shows, the title track went off hard when I saw them play it this past summer. I think the few songs that have a pep will do the same. But yeah the other four they played were all boring ones and yes watching them played live was a total drag
lol at not quoting me. He sounds like he doesn’t want to be there as in his vocals are boring, I’m sure this is what he wants to make.
I didn’t feel like scrolling back through the thread for a stupid post. And again it’s a stupid comment. He doesn’t want to be there but this is what he wants to make? His vocals fit the vibe of the album perfectly. Grow up.
When I saw them during the Magnolia era they had a lot more energy live. I’m not someone who thinks they need to go back to that era live or whatever (I love Peripheral Vision and Good Nature and those albums aren’t the same vibe as Magnolia, so I understand the live shows not having the same energy) but just SOME more enthusiasm performing would be nice. When I go to shows I want some value out of the money I spend, not just a boring atmosphere and no energy on stage and all around. Just standing there every tour is just not fun or worth spending the money. Also it doesn’t necessarily have to just be energy on stage, but going to shows with cool visuals also can liven up the atmosphere/energy.
you’re telling me to grow up the way you’re talking to me. You’re the child here and anyone who reads your comments can clearly see that.
lol okay, thanks for making this thread hostile for no reason. Not everyone is going to like what you like.
This record isn’t boring. The synths are great. boring records are reserved for JB albums that aren’t Sprained Ankle.
At the very least, it’s hard for me to imagine finding this more boring than Altogether, that record is unlistenably dull
