Much After Feeling is awesome

 

It's growing on me. Really starting to like "Plant Sugar"

 

It sounds like Real Estate Lite but I dig it

 

Definitely feels like a natural progression from Good Nature. I dig it.

 

I keep trying to get into this but it's missing... something to make it more than background mood music. Good Nature never really clicked either, although I think I got what they were going for a bit better on the early singles for that record than these two new songs.

 

“Parties” is out now

 

I like this one a lot immediately unlike the other 2

 

Good Nature never grabbed me as much as Peripheral Vision, but wow, these new songs are excellent!!

 

Not sure how I feel, feels like the same tempo as the other one and idk... just want them to experiment with some differnt rhythmic feels

Parties is a jam, this is along the lines of what I was hoping for from them

 

0-3 for me. Meh.

 

0-3 for me too. I love PV and Good Nature, hoping I come around to these with the right mood / weather

 

all 3 of these are better than anything on Good Nature

 

...except Bonnie

 

And Breeze, Butterfly Dream, and Curiosity. PV might be more consistent overall, but I think I enjoy GN highs just as much, if not more so, than PVs. These new songs have been great, but nothing to me sounds better than those songs I mentioned earlier.

 

I vastly prefer GN

 

I definitely enjoy GN as a whole more than PV

 

Def not my case at all. I vastly prefer PV and while I don’t dislike anything on GN I don’t love it. I genuinely dislike (not detest but have no desire to relished) at least two of these three.

 

PV is great but I also think it’s overrated.

 

PV is their best record

 

Idk how it can be overrated if it’s not widely considered the pinnacle of the band’s work

 

PV has high highs and also very low lows and drags in the back end, with the exception of Take My Head. Good Nature is more consistent for me and has much more interesting stuff happening vocally. These fools need to take vocal lessons so we can start getting some of these harmonies live.

 

And now I'm listening to Good Nature.
