Altogether is a good album, it reflects a mature sense of growth while also further exploring the dream pop sound.
Which band could follow the Peripheral Vision sound since Turnover seems to not be interested anymore Never head anything similar as good as PV
Check out the new Valleyheart album, there is definitely a similar vibe! Great lyrics, awesome instrumental arrangements and it can be thrown on just about anytime. The feeling I get even I listen to it is similar to when PV first clicked with me.
Old Gleemer also scratches that PV itch. They’ve moved away from that sound recently but it’s still solid stuff.
That Valleyheart album is very good, but it doesn’t remind me of PV. It definitely has a good mix of emo and indie, but turnover really struck lightning in a bottle with that album. Sometimes you just have to be happy that an album happened instead of hoping that you’ll get something similar in the future. as my avatar would suggest, definitely check out Gleemer. All three of their albums are awesome. I listened to their album “Down Through” everyday for over a year
I've been listening to Good Nature and Altogether a bunch since the new songs came out and I've decided if you don't like these albums it's probably just because you have bad vibes
ok I've completely fallen off listening to this band the past few years but Wait Too Long is an absolute jam. love it
Mountains has a cool Pink Floyd vibe to it. Would love if that's the direction they went in for the next album.
