Truly abhorrent. Can almost understand the spending argument (if it wasn't bullshit) this is just wrong.

 

The ask was for the military to not have to pay for reassignment. Trump just went ahead and said, "Fuck it, get 'em out of here."

I can understand the ask as that's probably not something that should be paid for by taxpayers. The complete overreaction by Trump is a pretty ridiculous.

 

Ugh... mental illness is real. It's truly baffling how much support he gets despite fucking over the very same people.

The thing however is the cost, 8.1mil a year, is a fraction at best of the overall cost. We will pay around 40-60mil this year for our clown commander to go to his vacation hideaways/golf trips.

 

Disgusting.

 

If taxpayers can pay for soldiers viagra, than we sure as hell can pay for reassignment.

Yup. The amount they have to spend on security alone for these trips is insane.

The funniest thing to me is how much Trump shit on Obama over his golf trips and he's already surpassing Obama in golf trips in SIX SHORT MONTHS. It's unreal.. the hypocrisy is just... unfuckingreal lol.

 

This type of support baffles me. I don't think I like anyone that much, let alone a cut throat businessman turned politician, to plaster their name, slogan or likeness across everything I own.

The people who follow him like that, they're more like a cult.

Everything that has come out since yesterday's announcement has pretty much confirmed he just kind of made up his mind and decided to announce this. The military is like huh? His communications team doesn't know what's going on, they can't answer the media's questions. Trump's out here throwing the guy he appointed to AG under the bus for one thing, his new comms director is fingering the chief of staff as a leak source, the whole thing is just so insane and we're living it!

But his defenders will defend him to the grave. He can shoot a person in their face, and they'll justify it for him. That is scary.

 

The one good thing out of all of this is that journalists have not backed down from this guy. They're fighting to get every back room deal brought to the light.

Is Trump and his team under more scrutiny then any politician before them? I actually think so, and I'm damn glad they are. I think journalists should hold every single president, cabinet member, representative and senator's feet to the fire. They need to answer for why they're voting for certain things. I hope this new found aggression of exposing the truth to the public continues through this presidency and beyond.

 

I'm throwing such a huge party when this asshole finally fucking dies. Can't come soon enough.

Think about it like this- 15,000 transgenders being ripped away from their careers is not just morally wrong but hurts our army as well. Unless you're thinking transgenders can't operate as well and that's just.. wrong? Also, as I have mentioned- the cost for this procedures is a fraction at best of the overall cost military pays for their soldiers. We spend more on viagra which is fine but I'm just saying. Lastly, Trump has already wasted millions upon millions of the tax payers money for his little getaway trips. He's already exceeded the amount Obama did in 6 short months. Talk about hypocrisy.

I would love for you to respond to all this. I don't mean that in a condescending manner. I legitimately want to know what you think about those facts. The validity of facts has taken a hit lately but it still holds none the less.
