I figured Peter was going to get broken in some way, but not like that. Wow. Can't believe we're already at the finale.

Also, the trend of employing somber/eerie covers of pop songs continues. Gotta say, could never have predicted the song they decided to end the ep on lol.

 

That song choice did make me laugh out loud.

 

Yeah by far the best ep of the season thus far

 

There were two things in this one that I thought were a little dumb: 1) let’s have two characters reveal the whole/most of the plot in a side conversation and 2) the left handedness/laptop snooping could have been a little bit more tightly written, it felt like an almost good idea stretched to the extent of its credibility.

But I can look past both of those things, pretty much everything else was a significant level up on the first four episodes: the acting, the stakes, the focus on the case. Really good episode and has me hopeful for an ending that takes this thing from C to B territory.
